The ICSC Local Event Series is Coming to New Orleans.
The International Council of Shopping Centers will be hosting the Retail and Restaurant Riverwalk Tour on Thursday, October 26th from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. This event is part of the ICSC Local event series focused on network building and information sharing among local industry professionals.
This event will include a tour of restaurant opportunities in the Spanish Plaza, as well as a tour of the Riverwalk Outlets. Following the tours, participants will have the opportunity to network at Antoine's restaurant. They will also be able to hear about the latest market trends from industry leaders in the New Orleans community in a panel and Q&A. The night will close with another period of networking.
The moderator of the Retail and Restaurant Riverwalk Tour will be Michael Hecht, who is the president and CEO of Greater New Orleans, Inc. He will be moderating a conversation with speakers including Rick Blount, CEO of Antoine's; Ian McNulty, dining and food writer at The Times-Picayune | NOLA.com; Michael Merideth, CEO of VPG Enterprise; Stanton Moore, drummer of Galactic and owner of Tipitina's; and Carly Plotkin, commercial advisor for Stirling Properties.
Registration rates, online until October 25th, are at a reduced rate compared to registration at the event. Online registration for members is $70, for non-members is $95, and for student members is $25. The registration rates at the event are $120 for members, $145 for non-members, and $25 for student members.
