Flogging Molly, whose name originated from continually playing a Los Angeles venue named Molly Malone's so much that they felt as though they were whipping it to death.

Unfortunately, Dave King's wife, Bridgette, wasn't playing with the band due to a shoulder injury that prevented her from contributing on violin and tin whistle. Nevertheless, the band played on, and the audience was enraptured.

The band rocked the Fillmore with their version of traditional Irish music. The floor of the venue literally rose and ebbed as the audience danced in place to the pulse of the music. The energy was palpable, and the crowd was raucous, fueled by the band's music. It was a show that shouldn't have been missed.

Also appearing was Skinny Lister and Anti-Flag, both of which garnered positive crowd reaction.
