A Delightful Celebration of Wine and Cheeses
The French American Chamber of Commerce, Gulf Coast will welcome Francophiles and food enthusiasts to the much-esteemed New Orleans Jazz Museum on Thursday, November 21 from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. to take part in an artisanal culinary experience for the ages.
The event, titled Cheese & Sip, will also celebrate Beaujolais Nouveau Day on the third Thursday of November, marking the day that new batches of Beaujolais Nouveau are released.
The day is celebrated in the Beaujolais region of France, though its influence has grown to locations throughout several countries and other locations, including New Orleans! This celebratory and sociable "soirée" will feature a formidable selection of cheese from St. James Cheese Co., as well as crispy French breads, savory jams, fruits and nuts, and, of course, an accompanying selection of elegant French wine.
