Golden Nugget Biloxi is a waterfront casino resort in Biloxi and is one of the older, established casinos on the coast (originally the Isle of Capri). It offers a wide variety of gaming, including slots, table games, and a sportsbook, as well as multiple dining venues (e.g., Saltgrass Steak House and Lillie's Asian Cuisine).

The resort has around 700 rooms and amenities, including pools and entertainment venues. After Hurricane Katrina, the casino was rebuilt, retaining its position among the key properties on "Casino Row."

Treasure Bay is a mid-size casino resort in Biloxi offering a more laid-back, local-friendly vibe. Its gaming floor includes over 800 slot machines and about 25 to 26 table games.

The hotel has a nine-story tower with around 185 rooms, many offering Gulf views or pool views, with suites and loft-style rooms available. Guests also enjoy multiple dining options, outdoor pools, and proximity to the Biloxi Convention Center and beaches.

Margaritaville in Biloxi is a resort hotel that now operates without an active casino floor. Originally, the site had a dockside casino; that casino was destroyed by Hurricane Katrina, and the property was rebranded as a resort. The hotel offers 373 rooms on about 10.6 acres, with amenities such as waterfront views, dining, and event space.

Because the casino is no longer active, Margaritaville is more of a leisure resort now rather than a full casino destination. Still, with its proximity to several other casinos, Margaritaville makes for a great place to stay with family if you want to hit casinos elsewhere.
