The Al Copeland Foundation Chicken Jam at Southport Hall celebrating their second year of the Al Copeland Foundation raising over $100,000.00 for cancer research through Copeland's Chicken Jam on Thursday, July 6, 2017. The money raised will go to support the Al Copeland Foundation effort to bring an immunotherapy trial for Mayo Dodge cancer center at the LSU Health New Orleans School of Medicine.
