2021 Jazz & Heritage Festival Lineup Announced

The time has finally arrived. After having it postponed in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival is ready to come back and let the good times roll again with a new lineup of national and local performers for the 2021 edition of the fest.

Taking place at the Fair Grounds Race Course & Slots on 1751 Gentilly Blvd. from October 8-10 and 15-17, Jazz Fest, organized by the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival and Foundation, Inc. and presented by Shell Oil Company, has just released its lineup of performers for 2021, full of new and returning artists, as well as some who were set to perform in Jazz Fest 2020.

Some of the major national headliners for the two weekends will include Dead & Company, Stevie Nicks, Foo Fighters, Jimmy Buffett & The Coral Reefer Band, Lizzo, Demi Lovato, The Black Crowes, H.E.R., Brandi Carlile, Norah Jones, The Beach Boys, Ludacris, Wu-Tang Clan feat. The Soul Rebels, Elvis Costello & The Imposters, Randy Newman, Melissa Etheridge, and more.

Jazz Fest 2021 will also feature a number of celebrated local artists and festival favorites such as Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue, Jon Batiste, The Revivalists, Irma Thomas, Tank and The Bangas, Big Freedia, Preservation Hall Jazz Band, Galactic, Rebirth Brass Band, Kermit Ruffins & the Barbeque Swingers, The Radiators, and many, many more.

VIP packages, general admission 3-day weekend passes, and travel packages are now on sale through Jazz Fest's website, with single-day tickets going on sale in July. The general admission 3-day weekend passes are available for $200 as an Early-Bird Weekend Pass while supplies last and also for $225 as an Advance Weekend Pass. There will be a 25% deduction in the price for passes that are purchased by July 8. Any VIP and weekend package ticket holders who rolled their 2020 tickets over to the 2021 October festival will receive an email with instructions on how to exchange their tickets for the weekend of their choosing, while Single-day ticket holders will be able to make their selections when single-day ticket information is released in the coming weeks.
