Audubon Zoo is usually a pretty quiet place at night when the aniamls are asleep, but the party animals came alive in the neon lights. As always the elegant affair was surrounded by delicious foods, tons of booze, and lively activites. Once the vendors started running out of their delicacies, the revelers took to the grassy dance floor to jam out. Even Big Sam's Funky Nation made an appearance early on in the evening. In addition to the bands, you could get your tarot read, get a caricature made, or play a virtual reality game. Even though this annual event is for adults only, it has a way of making you feel like a kid having a field day at the zoo.
