The Mouse Ate My Homework?

Although driving in New Orleans can be difficult, apparently it's nothing compared to Brussels. The city is notorious for its rush-hour traffic, and many underground are crumbling and city streets are shutting down. However, according to UPI, attempts to fix the growing problem have been thwarted by mice, who seem to have eaten the original plans to fix the problem that were stored within a bridge support twenty years prior. The city will have to wait as officials redraw plans, which will hopefully be stored in a place a little less mouse-friendly.
