The people who attended the Kidney Foundation's Big Easy Brunch donned their best fancy hats and regal bowties before heading out to the Sheraton Hotel. The mimosas and Bloody Marys flowed and the tunes from the roaming three-piece jazz band were a perfect backdrop. Food was made available by several vendors including the Marriott, Flamingo A Go-Go, and Morton's Steak House just to name a few. Things really heated up during the live auction in which thousands of dollars were raised to send children who have undergone kidney transplants to a special camp.
