Happy birthday, Tales! Did you know that Tales of the Cocktail, the ultimate week-long spirits conference, has been running for the past 20 years? And all are invited to take part in this big celebration happening from July 25 to July 29.
At the Ritz Carlton's exquisite residence suite high up on the 15th floor, board and staff members from Tales of the Cocktail kicked off the countdown to the big week and explained just some of this year's highlights. Of note, many of the official Tales events including the Spirited Awards, the Beyond the Bar Lounge (an initiative focused on wellbeing in the service industry), and the Toast to Tales are happening at the Ritz Carlton. After the speeches, Ritz Carlton's resident jazz artist Jeremy Davenport and his band surprised us with a few lively numbers as the bartender created signature cocktails.
Tales of the Cocktail draws crowds from the entire world over to create innovative drinks, showcase spirits, and, or course, imbibe.
