Let's go girls! Shania Twain brought her "Queen of Me" tour to the Smoothie King Center on Monday night. The venue was packed with a sea of enthusiastic fans, all ready to get their dose of Shania magic. What a way to kick off the week!

Newcomer Mickey Guyton opened the show. With her powerful vocals and heartfelt lyrics, Mickey had the crowd hooked from the very first note. Her songs were a perfect blend of country soul and contemporary charm, striking a chord with everyone in the audience. I'll be keeping an eye on this rising star, eagerly awaiting her next move.

When the lights went out, fans started to scream for Shania to hit the stage, but after about 30 seconds of her not appearing on stage, they puzzlingly started to look around the venue trying to figure out where she was. Shania then appeared from a wheeled cart near the soundboard on the floor of the venue in a trench coat with sunglasses on. Shania opened her show with "Waking up Dreaming," while being rolled from the back of the floor to the front of the stage. Fans on the floor went crazy for her!

She was then met on the stage with her two backup dancers/singers and her band where she played "Up!" in front of a colorful screen with spaceships and space scenes. Shania's band was really well put together. Her violin player was incredibly enthusiastic, her drummer was a local from the band The Givers and her backup dancers/singers were truly amazing.

As the night continued, Shania delighted the crowd with an array of chart-toppers, including "Any Man of Mine," "Whose Bed Have Your Boots Been Under?" and "Honey I'm Home!" Each song was met with thunderous applause and enthusiastic sing-alongs, creating an electric connection between Shania and her fans.

A highlight of the evening was when Shania shared the meanings of her songs, inviting the audience into her world and the inspiration behind some of her biggest hits. I also have to gush over her backup dancers/singers. These two guys were dressed in all black the entire show but managed to steal the spotlight for a few moments in every single song with their dancing and singing! They were simply fantastic.

Shania went on to play hit after hit, ending the show with "That Don't Impress Me Much," and "Man I Feel Like a Woman." Shania is an inspiration to countless artists and fans alike, showing that she still holds the title "Queen of Country Pop" with grace.
