Restaurant R'evolution has been thrilling customers with its expertly crafted Southern-inspired fare for the past five years, and they definitely had cause to celebrate that fact. So they pulled out all the stops with this huge anniversary party. Nibbles ranging from New Orleans classics to perfect little desserts were to be found everywhere in each of the dining rooms and even far into the massive kitchen. Chef John Folse himself was in attendance to enjoy the fruits of his labor, and the entire place was bathed in revolutionary red light just to add a touch of mystique to the event.
