Two of New Orleans' chefs will face off for the title of King of Louisiana Seafood.
The coveted title will be won on May 23rd at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center as part of the New Orleans Wine and Seafood Experience.
A total of 10 chefs will battle it out to represent the state at the 12th annual Great American Seafood Cook-Off that will also be held in New Orleans on August 8th.
The two chefs from New Orleans are: Michael Brewer of The Sammich and Mike Nelson of GW Fins.
