Paul Dinet, New Orleans's oldest oyster shucker on Bourbon Street at Felix's Restaurant & Oyster Bar, has passed away on Thursday, April 18 at the age of 85.
Dinet has been shucking oysters at Felix's four or five times a week since 1984, eight hours a shift.
