Everyone loves a food truck. And whether you’re craving grilled cheese from Frencheeze or an “Étouffée Chili Dawg” from Diva Dawg, there’s a new way to get all your food truck eats. Because now, like most things in life—there’s an app for that! In order to keep track of—and order from—all the food trucks rolling around town, NOMAD is rolling out their new Food Truck App. You can find your favorite truck, view the menu, place and pay for your order, and then wait for NOMAD to tell you when your food is ready for pick-up.
In honor of the launch of the new app, NOMAD sponsored the first-ever Food Truck Fest this past Friday night at Champions Square. There was live music from Phat Hat, games (such as giant Jenga and Connect Four), and plenty of tasty food truck grub. Participating food trucks included La Cocinita, Burgers Ya Heard, Sauce Boss, South in Ya Mouth, Tanjariné Kitchen, and, of course, Frencheeze and Diva Dawg.
