The New Orleans International Beer Festival has been happening every year for the last five years in Champions Square. This year it was meant to fall on March 19, but has been rescheduled to June 4, from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.
There are around 60 different breweries that will be showcasing their beers, including local favorites like Abita, Parish Brewing Co., Magic Hat, Nola Brewing Co., and many more. All of these breweries will be showcasing a variety of their signature beers for tasting.
Tickets are only $40, and they come with a souvenir sampling mug, a festival guide that shows where each brewery is stationed, games, access to the Samuel Adams Brew University tent with seminars on brewing, cooking with beer, and more; live music and entertainment throughout the duration of the festival and unlimited sampling of over 150 craft beers.
In addition to the regular $40 tickets, there are also VIP tickets for $75 that come with perks like early access to the festival and free food. There are also Designated Driver tickets and VIP Designated Driver tickets ($20 and $30 respectively) that have all of the perks of the other tickets except that the designated drivers will not be able to sample any beer.
