The 31st
annual New
Orleans Film Festival announced it will run from November 4 - 22
this year, a departure from its typical week-long run in October.
In light of the
COVID-19 pandemic, the year's fest hopes to reach wider audiences while
maintaining as much social distancing as possible. To achieve this goal, some
of the lineup will be featured online. Traditional components such as film
premieres, Q&As, galas, and filmmaker panels will still be incorporated
into the fest and announced in the upcoming months.
