The Verde Margarita calls for 1 ¼ part Montelobos Mezcal, ¾ part Ancho Reyes Verde, ¾ part strong green tea syrup, 1 part fresh lime juice, and 5 mint leaves. The Montelobos Mezcal is crafted from a combo of agave, fermentation, and smoke, resulting in its intense flavor. The Ancho Reyes Verde is a chile liqueur, responsible for the spice. Mix it up, serve it over ice, and top it off with a mint sprig and lime wheel.
