Some of the best restaurants around town sent their pastry chefs to the rooftop of the Rice Mill Lofts this past Tuesday September 8 for a four-course, open-air, pop-up dessert tasting. The chefs whipped up tasty recipes inspired by their own grandmothers-- like a Mint Julep Mousse and an Italian Cream Pecan Cake. Along with the wine pairings selected to accompany the desserts, it was a sugary and decadent event.
