The Sween
• 2 oz Bulldog Gin.
• ¾ oz coriander/ginger syrup.
• 1½ oz fresh Clementine juice.
• Pour all over ice in shaker.
• Shake.
• Swirl Herbsaint in rocks glass and discard.
• Strain cocktail into rocks glass.
• Add ½ oz soda.
• Garnish with orange twist.
