Man Throws Alligator through Wendy's window

Back in October, a man pulled up to a Wendy’s drive thru, ordered a drink, and tossed a live baby alligator through the window instead of a buck fiftey.  The 3 ½ foot long reptile frightened many costumers and patrons, and the culprit would have gotten away with this prank if it wasn’t for the surveillance cameras.  Police arrested Joshua James for the crime, and he is now facing many charges, including aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.  The alligator was returned to its home where it was stolen from: the swamp.
