Jury duty is the worst. Who hasn't thought about skipping it? Well maybe next time that thought crosses your mind, you will think twice. The AP reported that a Pennsylvania man was arrested inside of a courthouse when trying to gain relief from a child support ruling for skipping jury duty 11 times.
Owen Fazenbaker III promised not to miss another round of jury duty if the judge would take it easy on a $500 fine and the 10 day jail sentence that goes along with missing jury duty. The judge is still demanding that he pay the $500 fine to avoid any jail time.
