In conjunction with the New Orleans Mac and Cheese Festival, the House of Blues decided to show off their mac and cheese-making skills. They created a menu featuring several iterations of the downhome classic dish, including massive Crawfish Mac and Cheese Balls, a Mac and Cheese Burger, Veggie Mac and Cheese with roasted broccoli and goat cheese, and even a Grilled Mac and Cheese sandwich. The night was rounded out with the musical stylings of accordionist Valerie Sassyfras and the '80s tribute band Werewolf.
