The second Louisiana Vintage Festival rocked the House of Blues over the course of two days. After a sell-out first year, the fledgling fest decided to take on two days in 2026 so that everyone could have time to go through the racks and racks of vintage items. Each day was filled with people sifting through retro items like clothing, toys, and games from vendors including Holy Grail Jewelry, Spicy Mustard, Rare Worn, and Revolver Vintage. Several local shops and brands were on-hand with items to wear or to customize live at the festival. Junks Above thrift store had several old video games and McDonald's toys on display. Dressed was on-hand to do some custom chainstitching on your new vintage clothing. Swamp Rags and Vice & Graft (the organizers of the festival) showed off their finest costume pieces, perfect for Mardi Gras. Miss Claudia had her fineries on display.
New this year, the parking lot adjacent to House of Blues had a massive tent with even more vendors of Y2K-era fashions and fandom t-shirts. Tiki things were quite popular, and the Bali Hai Lounge had wares for all your tiki needs including mugs, Hawaiian shirts, and even some Bali Hai classic tiki drinks revived from the original menu. It will be another year until the next Louisiana Vintage Festival, but you can shop at local vintage stores year-round.
