The Seafood Showdown pits chefs from across the nation in a battle to see who can cook the most delectable seafood dishes once a year right here in New Orleans. Before the competition gets started, and the trash talking commences, the Louisiana Seafood board brings together past winners of the competition along with the new chefs for a night of amazing seafood, fun at the Aquarium of the Americas, and finding out which order they will cook in the next day. Hint: they said the first and last to go are the most likely to win.
