Business has never looked so good in Louisiana.
According to Business Report, Louisiana has jumped two spots to reach lucky number seven in Chief Executive's annual ranking, The magazine ranks the "Best & Worst State for Businesses" and Louisiana has been steadily climbing the ranks for the past seven years, climbing a total of 40 spots which is the biggest climb of any state.
