Singers-songwriters Gina Leslie and Natalie Mae Palms performed for the Band Room Backyard Concert Series in Jefferson on Saturday, November 21. Hosted by Where Y'at Magazine writer Emily Hingle, the series is in support of Hingle's debut book Band Room New Orleans, which documents the practice spaces of local New Orleans musicians and bands. The next concert series event, which will feature Tonya Boyd-Cannon, is on December at 5 p.m. for $15.
