The Full Armor Conservatory
The Full Armor Conservatory, whose mission is to bring world-class film education and resources to New Orleans, is hosting this masterclass. This conservatory was created by writers and producers Frank and Kathleen Monteleone, who believe film education should be free of charge and accessible to anyone interested. They do this through free workshops, speaker series, and community programming.
The Monteleones said in a press release, "New Orleans is one of the most culturally rich storytelling cities in the world, yet access to high-level training has historically existed somewhere else." Their goal is to give artists the tools to create films in New Orleans.
