A video has been posted online of a goat being beheaded in a children's swimming pool; New Orleans SPCA fears the video was taken in the 700 block of Broadway St., Uptown. The video shows one man beheading the goat, that has its neck strung up, and four other men cheering throughout the video. The SPCA was made aware of the video on Monday and retrieved a 12 second cell-phone video the next day.
In January, a beheaded goat was found in Brechtel Park in Algiers, however the two incidents do not seem to be related.
