History will be made on Feb. 14, 2019, as the Krewe du Foo rolls down the streets of New Orleans to celebrate the opening of the Fillmore New Orleans Grand Opening at Harrah’s Casino in the Krewe du Foo and the Broken Hearts Social Club Parade.

Before performing in their back-to-back sold out shows in honor of the new addition to the New Orleans nightlife scene, the Foo Fighters will be partying New Orleans-style and being the first band in history to lead its own Mardi Gras parade downtown New Orleans.

The parade, beginning at 7 p.m. on Howard Ave and ending in front of the Fillmore entrance at Harrah’s, will include Trombone Shorty and Orleans Ave, Preservation Hall Jazz Band and DJ Raj Smoove, with Krewes Camel Toe Lady Steppers and Rolling Elvi joining Alice Harte Marching Band, Martin Luther King Jr. Marching Band and many others. The Krewe members will also be tossing limited edition Krewe du Foo and Fillmore throws.

The official post-parade party, the “Broken Hearts Social,” will be held by Masquerade Nightclub and will include a performance by Left of Centre.
