an excellent cardio workout, so you can start your day with this virtual event,

"Four Weeks of Movement" Course With Wild Lotus Yoga
This yoga class is great for those new to yoga or those
looking to reconnect with the activity. It begins Monday, July 20, at 6:30 p.m.
and lasts until 7:45 p.m. The costs are set on a sliding scale, based on your

Live FitNOLA Hip-Hop Cardio Class
Love hip hop and want to have abs like Cardi B's? Get in the
groove with this class, presented by the New Orleans Recreation Development
Commission via Zoom. The class meets Mondays at 6 p.m. and Thursdays at 7 p.m.

It's not too late to pick up a new quarantine skill. Learn
to tap dance in this livestream lesson put on for those who have never, ever
done it before. You'll be Broadway-ready in no time! The class is held Tuesdays

This Bywater dance school is offering a multitude of free
dance classes including Bounce 'n Line, Afro-Brazilian, Beginner Ballet, Jazz
