This yoga class is great for those new to yoga or those looking to reconnect with the activity. It begins Monday, July 20, at 6:30 p.m. and lasts until 7:45 p.m. The costs are set on a sliding scale, based on your means. Live FitNOLA Hip-Hop Cardio Class
Love hip hop and want to have abs like Cardi B's? Get in the groove with this class, presented by the New Orleans Recreation Development Commission via Zoom. It's not too late to pick up a new quarantine skill. Learn to tap dance in this livestream lesson put on for those who have never, ever done it before. You'll be Broadway-ready in no time!
