The Roosevelt Hotel is celebrating their 125th birthday with you, and they'd love to have you come out on Monday nights for delectable fried chicken with all the fixings, live music, and libations. Fried Chicken Mondays are made possible by Chef Carl who perfected his fried chicken recipe over his 40 year tenure at the Fountain Lounge. His weekly meal is complemented by a rotating cast of live musicians and local beer. We were lucky enough to have a variety of Abita Beer to choose from for this dinner.
