Since 1934, Don's Seafood in Lafayette has been serving up spicy and delicious local seafood which can now be enjoyed at any of their six locations. Among the fare that they proudly offer, the hot boiled crawfish stand out because they are absolutely massive, the biggest I have personally ever seen. You can also enjoy alligator served fried or blackened to perfection, crispy fried shrimp, and amazing charbroiled oysters that come out boiling hot with garlic butter and Romano cheese. All of this rich food is perfectly complimented with their signature Old Fashioned cocktail (served with a rock candy stirrer) and their new basil and peach-infused lemonade cocktail. You're going to have to save room for a delectable dessert; the white chocolate bread pudding with thick, delicious rum sauce.
