Bayou Cooler 

  • 2 oz Bulldog Gin. 
  • 1 oz lemon juice. 
  • ¾ oz simple syrup 
  • Diced cucumber, 4–6 mint leaves. 
  • Build in shaker. 
  • Muddle mint with cucumbers and simple syrup. Add ice and lemon juice, then gin. Shake and pour into highball glass, top off with club soda. 
  • Garnish: mint sprig and cucumber.
