Bayou Cooler
- 2 oz Bulldog Gin.
- 1 oz lemon juice.
- ¾ oz simple syrup
- Diced cucumber, 4–6 mint leaves.
- Build in shaker.
- Muddle mint with cucumbers and simple syrup. Add ice and lemon juice, then gin. Shake and pour into highball glass, top off with club soda.
- Garnish: mint sprig and cucumber.
