Liberty's Kitchen has been training the next generation of culinary visionaries for 15 years, and the Come Grow With Us Gala was the culmination of all of these years of hard work and dedication. Prominent chefs from Copper Vine, Brewery Saint X and Devil's Moon BBQ, Josephine Estelle, and Seaworthy provided excellent bites as Liberty's Kitchen provided their own delicacies as T Ray the Violinist performed lovely background music.
The night honored two Liberty's Kitchen students Kayla Butler and Xavier Chambers who have gone on to extern and work in prominent restaurants in town. They were awarded the Janet Gorence Davas Youth Achievement Award for their accomplishments. Liberty's Kitchen is finally open for lunch service again, and all foodies are encouraged to stop in and see what's cooking.
