It is not 2016 yet, but it seems like the tensions of campaign season are in full swing. Marina Fang of The Huffington Post reports that at an event where Jeb Bush was a guest at the University of Nevada, Ivy Ziedrich, 19, accused Jeb Bush's brother (George W. Bush) of creating ISIS. This was in response to Bush's claim that President Obama's weak foreign policy stances have led to the rise of terrorist groups such as ISIS.
