Parking for the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival just became significantly easier … on the weekend. On Saturday, May 5, and Sunday, May 6, parking will be available only two blocks from the festival’s DeSaix Boulevard entrance. The cost is $10 per car, with cash, debit, and credit cards accepted.
To arrive at the parking area, simply enter the park at Friedrichs Avenue. The parking spots are located by the Boat House on Big Lake, across from Christian Brothers School. These will be available from 10 a.m. till 6 p.m. But don’t worry if your favorite performer will be playing past 6 p.m.; these times are strictly for incoming vehicles!
