Carrie Underwood brought her Denim and Rhinestones tour to the Smoothie King Center on Saturday night. Underwood brought along Jimmie Allen, as her opening act.

2021's CMA New Artist of the year, Jimmie Allen opened the night decked out in a rhinestone studded suit and shoes and matching white cowboy hat. Allen played his hits "Best Shot," "Make Me Want to," and "Freedom was a Highway."

Carrie Underwood opened the show with her hit single "Good Girl" in a rhinestone studded denim and fringe outfit with boots. She went on to play a 24 song set list, spanning almost 2 hours. Underwood packed her show with several outfit changes, multiple aerial performances, and 2 stages. During her song "Ghost Town," from her new album, Carrie rose from underneath the stage on a large swing that mimicked that of the video for the same song. She floated through the air over to her second stage that was located closer to the back of the venue.

Underwood performed "Two Black Cadillacs" while playing the guitar on the second stage. She also played "Garden," and a mashup of "Jesus Take the Wheel" and "How Great Thou Art," before disappearing back under the stage. When she arose from the stage, she was suspended in a sphere paired with huge glowing angel wings.

Floating across the stage and doing acrobatics, she played "Crazy Angels" until she arrived back at the main stage. Jimmie Allen joined her on the stage for another song from her new album "Denim & Rhinestones" where they playfully danced a choreographed routine during the song. Carrie then took the time to introduce her band, member by member.

After introducing her drummer, Carrie played a drum solo, rocking out to the beat of "Poor Everybody Else." Underwood closed out the night with "Last Name," "Something in the Water," a cover of Guns and Roses' "Welcome to the Jungle," and ended with her biggest hit "Before He Cheats." Carrie Underwood's vocals were next to perfect and the set design was amazing. She proved that she is still this generation's country music queen.
