2022 will be
the bubbles with this brand-new champagne!
Brennan's will be hosting a double
celebration for New Year's Eve and their 75th anniversary by popping
open their privately labeled bottle of Delamotte in the courtyard, which is one of the oldest Champagne Houses. Champagne Sabering will kick off
with a bang at 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Celebratory party favors will be will also be
available. This will be Brennan's first custom wine collaboration since its
grand opening in 1946.
The event
also falls on Bubbles at Brennan's, which offers a selection of bubbly wine,
signature cocktails, and mouthwatering snacks such as wings, pommes frites, and
turkey po-boys.
Originating
from the Côtes des Blancs vineyards in 1760, Delamotte blends luscious flavors
of citrus, raspberry, Bosc pear, and brioche in one bottle. Guests can order a
glass for $20 and a bottle for $100 ($65 at Happy Hour). One sip will make you
feel like you're in a lush vineyard in colonial France.
