Blue Crew is a team of volunteers that are dedicated to beautifying four NOPD precincts in an effort to aid in the retention of police officers in the City of New Orleans. The dedication and kindness of Blue Crew volunteers and sponsors will assist these precincts. Today, there are over 200 volunteers from Tulane Center for Public Service and Xavier University of Louisiana dedicated to completing simple jobs and maintenance at four separate locations. But, they still require funds and supplies in order to make this happen.
The event will start from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in District 1, District 3, District 6 and District 8.Sanding doors, painting interiors, changing ceiling tiles, power washing, and gardening are examples of volunteer jobs
