Cycling advocacy group Bike Easy’s annual Bike To Work Day will take place Wednesday, April 11. The event is designed to encourage bicycle ridership and commuting from neighborhoods across the city. Bike Trains will depart early in the morning from spots in Algiers, Uptown, Gentilly, Bywater, Mid-City, Broadmoor and Metairie from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. The group will also offer free coffee, breakfast food, and bike tune-ups in Duncan Plaza downtown.
