Chef Justin Devillier is hosting "Friends of James Beard Benefit Dinner" at his restaurant, La Petite Grocery, on Monday, August 4th with a bunch of other fantastic Southern chefs including Adam Evans of The Optimist in Atlanta, JBF Award Winner Chris Shepherd of Underbelly in Houston, Aaron Burgau of Patois, Michael Stoltzfus of Coquette and La Petite Grocery's own pastry chef, Bronwen Wyatt. These chefs have collaborated to create a six-course menu of award-winning proportions with each dish created by a different chef.
Tickets are $150 for JBF members and $175 for the general public and proceeds from the dinner support the James Beard Foundation's local scholarships and culinary programs. Cocktails begin at 6pm with dinner at 7pm. Call 504.891.3377 and make your reservations today!
