Robert Durst, the inspiration for HBO’s true-crime documentary miniseries The Jinx and multimillionaire real estate heir, was arrested in New Orleans for a slew of charges including first-degree murder.

Such a complicated story can get, well, complicated. According to DailyDot.com, New Orleans Associated Press ran into this problem when reporting on Durst’s arrest. They mixed up Robert Durst with Fred Durst, the 44-year-old former frontrunner of the band Limp Bizkit. New Orleans AP falsely reported Robert Durst as the band member.

The correction read as follows: “The Associated Press reported erroneously the Robert Durst is a member of a band. He is a real estate heir; Fred Durst is the former frontman of Limp Bizkit.
