  • ¾ oz Blueberry Gastrique,
  • ¾ oz lemon juice.
  • 1 sprig fresh thyme
  • 2 dashes Peychaud's Bitters.
  • Shake and strain to fresh ice.
  • Top with ginger beer.
  • Garnish with lemon ribbon and spring thyme.
