It’s safe to say that we’ve all had our fair share of Uber difficulties, whether it’s an absurd surge charge or you’re driver taking a longer route for more money we’ve been there and done that. But, New Jersey native Kenny Bachman has the best Uber difficulty and story yet.

Bachman was out with friends in Morgantown, West Virginia when he called an Uber to take him back to where he was staying, near West Virginia University. Instead, the Uber driver brought him back to his home in Gloucester County, New Jersey, that’s a 300-hundred mile drive. His total fare summing up to a total of $1,635.93.

Not only did the Uber take him back to New Jersey, but Bachman had also chosen an Uber XL instead of an Uber X. For those of you who don’t know, Uber XL is much more expensive than an Uber X. If he had chosen Uber X his total fare would have only been $819.14, that’s still pretty expensive but half the price of the Uber XL.

Bachman is contesting the charge with Uber, claiming that he never put in his home address. Uber says that the driver took Bachman to the address that was entered in the app, and he has agreed to pay the fare even giving the Uber driver a 5-star rating.
