The Girl Scouts Louisiana East and Girl
Scouts of the USA have announced the arrival of the Adventurefuls cookie to
their lineup. The Adventurefuls cookie is a brownie-inspired, caramel-flavored
crème cookie with a hint of sea salt. The Girl Scout press release appropriately
describes the "combination
of chocolaty and caramel flavors, and smooth and crispy textures" as an
"adventure in every bite."
The Girl Scouts Louisiana East is a leading
organization for grades K to 12th that develops the leadership skills
of girls in 23 parishes. They make it their mission to offer every girl the
opportunity to practice leadership, adventure, and success. And Adventurefuls
cookies will take their cookie fans on a tasty new adventure of their own just
as Girl Scouts go on their own adventure during the program.
Cookie season begins January 15, 2022 in Southeast
Louisiana. Not only does the Girl Scout Cookie Program help girls become
entrepreneurs by gaining experience in running their own small business, but each
purchase benefits the adventures of local Girl Scouts throughout the year in
exploring and discovering their interests, passions, and sponsoring issues they
care about. The Girl Scouts of the USA also recently announced a new series of
Cookie Business reward badges to help the girls "think like entrepreneurs as
they run their own businesses." They will foster skills such as goal setting,
sales pitching, market research, creating business plans, and digital
marketing.
