Alto, the rooftop pool and bar at the Ace Hotel, came alive with delicious food, tasty tropical drinks, and sweet sounds for the first Heat Wave Hog Roast. The greenery-draped patio was teeming with people who dined on shredded roasted pork, jambalaya, and collard greens and also chose from a fantastic libations menu. The frozen Palomas and Pineapple Upside Down Cake were absolutely perfect for the heat.
