Getting in shape isn't easy, it requires a substantial amount of commitment in terms of eating healthy, portion control, and making time to be active at least 5 out of 7 days/week. Thanks to Buzzfeed there is a convenient guide for the lazy to get in shape. Commitment is hard to come by, I can barely commit to a show on Netflix much less a workout or diet routine that requires me to cut back on my favorite things. However, after reading this article I learned a little something about small goals, small steps and big celebrations that encourage routine and success at getting fit for this fall.
