Do you have an organization that's helped make a huge difference in the Greater New Orleans area? You may be eligible to receive a Stompers Give Back grant!

The 610 Stompers will support non-profit organizations that benefit the New Orleans community and the public good by giving them grants. The all-men's dance group will focus on causes whose mission involves making a significant impact on people's lives, as well as the community at large.

Organizations wishing to receive a grant must submit their applications here by Wednesday, December 15, at 5 p.m. Selected charities will be announced at public events, news releases, and/or social media.

Since 2009, the 610 Stompers, along with their sister group the 610 Splits, have captured the hearts of fans through dancing. Consisting of 100 members, the group dances through the streets of the New Orleans to raise money for charitable causes. So far, they've raised over $520,000 and supported numerous causes such as the Muscular Dystrophy Association, Good Shepherd School, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, and NAMI New Orleans. In addition, they've performed at debutante balls, holiday parties, and much more.
