Ready to
take the next step in your career path? The 2022 Catapult Fund will offer virtual 12-session
courses to aspiring entrepreneurs in the beauty, fashion, and jewelry
industries from Tuesday, February 1, to Tuesday, April 26, 2022.
Hosted by
the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Foundation, Capitol
One, and the Louisiana
Small Business Development Center, the Catapult Fund will equip entrepreneurs with the
business skills necessary for success, which include, but are not limited to,
marketing basics, monetary management, online marketing techniques, and
cybersecurity. Participants who complete all aspects of this program will
receive grant funding awards.
To
participate in the program, applicants must own a small beauty, fashion, and
jewelry business that is not currently registered with the state, have business
training in best business practices, and have a gross annual revenue of less
than $500,000. The application deadline is Friday, January 14, at 4 p.m.
